Tile Hill expands into the HR Space
In the wake of the Pandemic and as we emerge from the Great Resignation into a period of economic uncertainty, HR teams across the Country in public and private sector organisations are leading the charge and further highlighting the vital role they play in their organisations long term success. Whether working with senior leaderships teams to redeploy staff to meet resource challenges, to being the driving force behind modern working practices, EDI agendas and talent attraction and retention; HR teams are shaping and driving the creation of sustainable organisations whilst ensuring that people remain at the heart of everything they do.
Tile Hill is proud and excited to offer more support for this professional community through our newly formed HR practice and expansion into the Human Resources space. As we expand, our goal is always to ensure the public sector has access to the best talent and at the right time, and by immersing ourselves within the HR space we will be even better connected to meet your resourcing challenges. As we look forward to the challenges facing the public sector and local government, we know that access to talented HR professionals will be critical. Whether this is on an interim or permanent basis, we will work with our clients to provide a high quality, engaging and impactful service for the recruitment of top talent across organisations.
What’s more, we also want to provide the best advice to support the public sectors resourcing challenges and we’re looking forward to contributing to the conversation on important topics that are affecting the sector. Through hosting roundtables, webinars and sharing best practice, we hope to support the CPD of HR professionals and connect people across the public sector to help solve gritty problems.
I am delighted to lead for Tile Hill in developing our HR practice and am looking forward to engaging with HR professionals across the sector on their organisational challenges and exploring how we can support them further, both within their organisation and within their career.
More importantly, I’m excited to have the opportunity to support and speak with public sector organisations about my passion; the creation of inclusive cultures in a truly impactful way, which in turn directly correlates with the attraction, retention and satisfaction of an organisations most important asset, People!
