Anj Popat is an Associate Director in Tile Hill’s Interim Management team. While she covers the wider Resources area, her special interest is in HR.

She joined Tile Hill from Penna, where she spent five years providing c-suite interim resourcing solutions, particularly within the local government space, and developing a robust global candidate network. Her experience extends internationally, having spent time working with a global executive search and interim firm in Australia.

Anj is motivated by her desire to help give back to society and working with local government and the wider public sector allows her to see the tangible impact that good recruitment can have on people’s lives and communities. She enjoys meeting and speaking to people who share her values, building authentic relationships where both sides are committed to delivering outcomes that truly make a difference.

By helping to build and grow the company’s HR and wider resources network and amplify the exceptional work the team does, Anj wants Tile Hill to become the ‘go-to provider’ for public sector interim and search recruitment.

She’s never happier than when she’s packing her bag to travel the world – and so far, she’s lived on three continents and counting…
