Lead Our Journey From Recovery to Excellence
In East Riding, we are embracing a moment of honest reflection and bold ambition. With a committed and passionate workforce, political support and the courage to acknowledge where we need to improve, we’re seeking a leader who can help us turn recovery into meaningful, lasting excellence.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Adult Social Care & Health, you’ll shape and sustain a vibrant provider market, strengthen contract management and assurance, and lead integration with partners across health and the voluntary and community sectors. You’ll bring clarity to our commissioning approach, champion innovation, and drive cultural shift grounded in strengths-based practice, prevention, and genuine co-production with residents.
This is a role for a high-calibre leader who sees opportunity in challenge and understands what excellence in local authority adult social care commissioning truly looks like. Someone ready to rebuild confidence, modernise practice, and create a system that works better for everyone.
