Non-Executive Director

Victoria Square Woking Limited is seeking an experienced Non‑Executive Director to help guide the commercial strategy and disposal of a significant mixed‑use property asset. We are looking for someone with strong credentials in commercial property, investment or asset management who can bring clear, pragmatic challenge and support high‑quality decision‑making as the company progresses a structured divestment programme.

This role suits a senior commercial leader who is comfortable engaging with institutional investors, advisers and complex stakeholder groups, and who can apply sound judgement in a fast‑moving environment. If you have a track record of major disposals, restructuring or value‑driven portfolio management and want to contribute your expertise in a focused, time‑bound appointment, we would welcome a conversation.
