Interim Chief Digital and Transformation Officer

We are working with a large local authority who is seeking an interim leader to provide strategic oversight of digital, technology and transformation functions, contributing to corporate leadership and driving organisational change.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy, policy and organisational performance
• Oversee business intelligence and performance management
• Deliver business change, transformation and corporate programmes
• Lead digital, data, and technology (ICT) services
• Oversee communications as part of a joined-up strategic approach
• Contribute to Corporate and Senior Leadership Teams

  Candidate Criteria

• Proven experience operating at a senior strategic level in a complex organisation
• Strong track record of leading organisational transformation
• Excellent leadership across digital, technology and change
• Experience in project and performance management
• Local government experience is essential

  Contract

• Interim appointment for 6 months
• Hybrid working with regular on-site presence required
• Inside IR 35
