Interim Director of Legal and Democratic Services (Monitoring Officer)

We’re currently supporting a local authority in the North East that is seeking an Interim Monitoring Officer. The role will lead the council’s Legal and Democratic Services. Looking for a qualified solicitor with proven senior‑level leadership across complex service areas. The assignment is expected to begin in mid‑April and will run for up to six months.
