Executive Director of Assets & Development 
South East | Hybrid Working | Initial 6-Month Contract

Tile Hill is supporting a housing provider in the South East to appoint an Interim Executive Director of Assets & Development.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and operating as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership across asset management, property safety, investment and sustainability, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and fit for the future. While the remit includes oversight of development activity, candidates with a stronger asset management background are particularly encouraged to apply. Executive-level experience is essential.

You will bring:

• Executive-level leadership experience within social housing.
• Significant experience across asset management, investment and property compliance.
• Experience working with Boards and governance committees.
• Strong commercial, financial and risk management skills.
• The ability to lead high-performing teams and drive strategic change.
