Mark Bearn is an Associate Director at Tile Hill and leads on executive search for permanent roles in resources and corporate development. He has particular expertise in Human Resources & Organisational Development, Transformation, ICT & Digital, Policy & Strategy, Communications, Finance, Customer Services, and Procurement, as well as alternative delivery vehicles such as local authority trading companies (LATCo’s).
He joined Tile Hill from Hays, where he was instrumental in building a local government executive search practice, leading searches across the UK for Chief Executives, Directors, and Assistant Directors.

Mark’s never happier than when he’s walking the Suffolk coastline with his family and dogs – and has been working in recruitment for so long that his first placement was as an accounts clerk, earning £3 an hour!
