Ethan Burridge is a Consultant in Tile Hill’s Executive Interim team, with a particular specialism in recruiting finance professionals and executives into local government. He has a wealth of experience in public sector finance recruitment, as well as placing individuals at the senior level.
Ethan joined Tile Hill from Robertson Bell, a specialist finance recruitment firm in the not-for-profit and public sector, where he focused on recruiting finance professionals into Central government.
He is motivated by public sector recruitment on both a personal and professional level: “My entire immediate family works in the public sector – being able to see the positive impact they have on local communities drives me to support the sector in my own career. Public sector recruitment has a huge part to play in ED&I, succession planning and tackling the skills shortage.”
Ethan hopes to add his finance-specific expertise to an already thriving resources function at Tile Hill – and help develop the Finance Recruitment function to become the go-to provider for executive interim finance professionals in the local government space.
