Kathryn Reed is a Senior Consultant in Tile Hill’s Interim Management team, with a particular expertise within environmental services, growth and regulatory services. Before joining Tile Hill, Kathryn was an Associate Consultant in Penna Plc’s executive interim team, and brought with her an excellent understanding of local government recruitment.

She has quickly progressed her career at Tile Hill, driven by the knowledge that her clients are protecting vulnerable people, creating sustainable communities, addressing inequalities and ultimately improving lives. Kathryn says “it’s a privilege to facilitate this work by ensuring that our clients and their partners can hire brilliant people with great skills. Kathryn particularly enjoys getting to know people and helping them to achieve their career ambitions. She also loves problem-solving. “Recruitment is the perfect career for me. It’s so brilliant to work with people who genuinely love what they do – the passion and enthusiasm is infectious.”

She’s never happier than when she’s sitting in the sun with pals and a pint, and has won two silver medals at the 2004 Choir Olympics in Bremen.
