Tile Hill secures new Senior Consultant to strengthen Interim Management team

​Following on from our recent success in the 2021 Institute of Interim Management Survey, we've announced today that Nik Shah has joined the company as a Senior Consultant in our Interim Management Practice.

Nik’s arrival further embeds our rapid growth and enables us to continue our focus of partnering with clients to provide leadership that delivers. Nik brings eight years' experience in public sector recruitment and a strong track record of delivering talent solutions within health and social care. At Tile Hill, Nik will continue this focus on recruiting the very best interims within health and social care into local authorities across the country
