We love the work we do and the people we get to do it alongside. We love seeing the impact of our interim community, the difference they make to organisations, services and service users, and the conversations, challenges and relationships that sit at the heart of interim leadership. It is a profession built on credibility, expertise and the ability to make an impact quickly, often during moments of significant change and uncertainty.

We care about the careers of those shaping public services. We love the trust and privilege that comes from standing alongside people as they navigate their career. That is why being voted the leading Interim Service Provider in the Institute of Interim Management Survey, by the interim community, for the second year running means so much to us.

Alongside this recognition, we are also delighted to see Nik Shah recognised again among the top consultants in this year's survey. It reflects something that sits at the heart of our whole team, we are committed to building trusted relationships, offering honest advice and supporting the interim community with care, integrity and consistency. Seeing both individual and team recognition in this year's results is something we are incredibly proud of.

Behind every interim appointment are important career decisions, organisational challenges and moments of significant change. Our role is to support people through those moments with honest conversations, thoughtful advice and a long-term perspective. Often that means investing time in relationships long before there is a role to discuss, helping interims navigate opportunities, priorities and career decisions with confidence.

Creating that experience is a collective effort across the business. Whether someone is engaging with our consultants, operations team, marketing team or wider support functions, we want every interaction to feel thoughtful, professional and consistent. That comes from people who care deeply about supporting one another, building strong relationships and delivering the best possible experience for the interim community.

At Tile Hill, your experience shapes everything we do. It shapes the way we communicate, the way we build trust and the way we support people throughout every stage of a process. We know that people remember how they were treated during moments that mattered to them, and we never lose sight of the responsibility that comes with that.

The interim community is full of people doing difficult, important work. People stepping into organisations to lead through challenge, transformation and uncertainty. People bringing stability, expertise and momentum when it is needed most. Interim leaders play a vital role across public services, providing experienced leadership at critical moments and helping organisations navigate complex challenges while maintaining focus on the communities they serve. We are proud to work alongside that community and to play a small part in supporting the impact interims make across public services and society more widely.

The IIM survey also gives us something incredibly valuable beyond recognition. It gives us the opportunity to listen.

The feedback, insight and wider findings help us reflect not only on our own approach, but on the interim market more broadly. It allows us to better understand the experiences, expectations and priorities shaping the sector, and where we can continue improving the way we work with and support our interim community.

We care deeply about continuously improving, challenging ourselves and ensuring the experience people have working with Tile Hill remains thoughtful, supportive and grounded in integrity.

When the full report is released, we will be spending time reviewing the findings in more detail and sharing some of the themes and insights with our networks – especially considering what it means for interim leaders in the public sector and civil society.

To everyone who took the time to vote, provide feedback and support us throughout this year’s survey, thank you. The insight shared through the process is hugely valuable to us, and we’re grateful for the trust the interim community continues to place in our team.

If you're an interim leader and would like to discuss your next move, explore opportunities in the market or simply have a conversation about where things are heading, our interim team is always happy to connect. You can book a conversation with the team
