Anthony Lewis is a Director at Tile Hill, providing leadership across the business to support growth – and ensure the company continues to develop solutions that both meet our clients’ unique needs and help candidates fulfill their potential.
Prior to joining Tile Hill, Anthony was a Director at Penna Plc., where he helped build a market-leading executive interim practice. Anthony joined Tile Hill to help founder, David Weir, grow Tile Hill to be the number one provider of executive recruitment in the public sector. Anthony works across interim and executive search recruitment, supporting organisations from across the public sector.
Anthony is motivated by a passion and interest to work alongside organisations and individuals that share his values and contribute positively to society. He wants to support public sector organisations that deserve the very best talent in the country and who work tirelessly for the common good.
His ambition is to create the leading public sector executive recruitment company and make sure Tile Hill’s brilliant people are recognised for the time, energy, and commitment they put into helping people build their careers.
Anthony is never happier than when he’s on the edge of his limits in work or play and secretly loves the Greatest Showman and Hamilton.
