Salary: £74,249 + £3,840 car allowance (£320 per month)
Location: Home-based, with regular travel across the North (Newcastle, Lancashire, Cheshire, Leeds, Bradford, Leicestershire, Sheffield, Derbyshire and surrounding areas)

This is a high-impact senior leadership role at a defining moment for Hft. As Head of Care and Support for the North, you’ll set direction, shape culture and inspire others, ensuring that strategy translates into consistently excellent, person-centred care and support.
You’ll bring a strategic lens and authentic leadership style to a region with proud heritage and strong-performing services. Your challenge will be to build on solid foundations, nurturing leadership capability, embedding consistency, and enabling transformation without losing sight of what matters most: people.
