Interim, Housing Safety Programme Manager

On behalf of a London Borough, we’re looking to appoint an Interim Change & Transformation Programme Manager to focus on the Council’s Housing Safety Programme.
  
Core Objectives:

• Drive forward an ambitious Action Plan for the Council's residents and their properties.

• Lead on workstreams such as Compliance, Resident Engagement, and Data, Systems and Processes – the objective is for all residents to be as safe as possible in their homes.

• Improve the compliance position, complete all remedial works such as Fire Risk Assessments, and deliver a range of projects and programmes, both to achieve improvements quickly and to embed good practice for the future.

Ideally, you’ll offer experience of delivering housing services for a Council or Housing Association as well as successful change and transformation programmes.
