Recruiting the top team for Warwickshire County Council's new property development group

Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG) has been set up by Warwickshire County Council to provide affordable and market-priced homes, and a range of commercial, mixed use and renewable energy opportunities in the county. WPDG is an exciting venture for the County Council and with the potential to positively impact the lives of residents and to drive growth across the county as we emerge from Covid-19.

Over the last four months, Tile Hill has worked closely with Warwickshire County Council and WPDG to help them recruit a leadership team and Board that will enable the company to meet surpass its objectives.

Having now concluded the recruit to the MD and Head of Finance position also, we are pleased to announce the appointments of Ian Cox as the WPDG non-executive chair, and Dena Burgher and Mark Hallett as WPDG’s first non-executive directors.
