Holly Kennedy is a Senior Consultant in Tile Hill’s Executive Search team, partnering with social housing providers across the country to appoint senior, executive, and board-level leaders. Her work centers on connecting people and organisations whose values align, and bringing together leaders committed to delivering meaningful impact for residents and communities.

Holly’s expertise spans the housing sector, with a particular focus on customer and community services. She has built her career alongside leaders in housing management, resident experience, and customer services, giving her a perspective shaped by people whose ambitions are rooted in care, empathy, and community connection. She also has significant experience in supported housing and care and support, areas she remains deeply passionate about championing.

Alongside her sector knowledge, Holly has a strong interest in how people relate to their work: what motivates them, how they find meaning, and the habits and stories that influence their careers. This curiosity sits at the heart of her approach and enables her to look beyond experience to understand what truly drives a leader.

Before joining Tile Hill, Holly spent fifteen years recruiting within the social housing sector at Badenoch + Clark and The Adecco Group. This experience has strengthened her connection to the sector and deepened her understanding of the people who shape it. She brings to Tile Hill a longstanding commitment to its purpose and a collaborative, relationship-led approach built through years of working closely with clients and candidates.

Holly’s passion for the housing sector is rooted in her own lived experience. Growing up in a working-class, single-parent household shaped her belief that a stable, affordable home is the foundation of a decent life. That belief continues to drive her work today, and she feels privileged to represent leaders who dedicate their careers to improving lives and strengthening communities.

She loves recruitment for the pivotal moments it represents.
