Jacqui Chart is Tile Hill’s Associate Director of Operations. She has extensive leadership experience across a range of disciplines, including business operations, finance, HR, contract and compliance.
Jacqui is committed to delivering outstanding customer experience, ensuring Tile Hill’s clients and candidates are provided with the highest levels of customer experience – and she thinks this is what sets the company apart from competitors. In particular, Jacqui is passionate about relationship building: “I like nothing better than developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, helping clients proactively develop their talent pools, and assisting candidates to realise their career potential and aspirations.”
She loves leading a team and celebrating others’ success. Jacqui is also a fully trained dancer with a specialism in ballet – so has a pretty good plan B if she ever decides she’s had enough of recruitment.
