Vik Mistry

Vik Mistry has recently joined Tile Hill to Head up their Executive Interim Sector within Adults Social Care & Health. Vik comes with over 16 years’ experience across Children & Adults Social Care, Education and Corporate Services.

Prior to Tile Hill, Vik started his career in recruitment with iPeople Solutions as a trainee consultant, moving his way up to Director delivering Interim and Search Projects and Campaigns across Local authorities throughout the country.

Vik is passionate about providing a service that offers complete transparency, with both clients and candidates taking the time to listen and explore solutions, ideas, and support throughout the process.

He believes at Tile Hill that we are ‘Perfectly Positioned’ where the best talent and minds across the public sector have a platform where they can collaboratively work in shaping and delivering a positive future for the country.

Vik enjoys travelling the world and exploring new cities and cuisines. He has recently bought a metal detector to support his new hobby of finding hidden treasure!
